Returns

Returns are free. So if you have had any problems when selecting your product, do not worry. Remember that to make a return the product must be in perfect condition.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will refund your order.

Making a return is very easy:

1.- Send us an email to hello@cottyfish.com indicating the order number and references you want to return. It will be great if you tell us why you want to return it :)

2.- We will send you a delivery man to pick up the package. Remember to pack the product well.

3.- The package arrives at our headquarters, we review the product and we refund the money with the same payment method that you made the purchase.

Changes

Changes are free. Keep in mind that you can only change the size but not the model. To make a change from one model to another you have to make a return and a new order.
